13 going 30..

You know they say 'Life begins at 40?' Well, I don't know what 40 will bring us but I think that at 30, many ppl are making big changes in their lives. Some also say that during 30s we will face some of the hardest period in our lives. Decisions, challenges, hardships maybe.. who knows.. but maybe what we face in our 30s will make or break our lives. 

Last night I met up a group of friends over dinner, trying to catch up the going ons of everyone.. And I am amazed at how far we have become since uni years.. of since post SPM to be precise.. At 30,

One friend is getting his first book published

One friend is going to Riyadh for career change

One friend is operating a business and is doing quite well

One friend is pursuing Masters degree

One friend is getting married

One friend just got promoted

One friend has lost 4 kgs.. for the past 2 months

Three friends have conquered Mount KK

the list goes on and on and on..

I am amazed.. and i thank God for what he has given all of us so far..I am so very proud of each and everybody's achievements.. and I pray for more to come.. :-)

I love hanging out with my A-levels mate.. Knowing them for more than 10 years now, I am so comfortable being around them. Perhaps those years of 'growing up' together allows us to know almost inside and outside of each other.. But due to demands of our everyday life, it is quite difficult to have a get together.

To Mr D who'll be flying off soon, Take Care!!! Have a great time working there and hope you'll be surrounded with happiness always.. Thanx for the treat yesterday...:-)
