I want longer weekends!! 2 days is definitely not enough especially including mundane tasks like laundry, going to the market, cooking and tidying up.. Add to that a few events.. POOF.. gone all the hours! I need more time to decorate the house, read books, watch movies or TV series and invite people over for food and fun time! So after a very jam packed weekend, I dragged myself to work today.. And of course, a lot of people are on holiday!
I am still in the not so busy period so I am left idle.. Browsing internet for holiday ideas is not good for financial health. So does looking at product pages.. Hence I am left with nothing.. NOTHING!!! is it possible to be too efficient? I got some work from last Wednesday but was done with it on Friday.. submitted today.. although they were expecting it much later.. Perhaps this is what people mean by 'job satisfaction'???
On another note, interviewed a maid last weekend.. and she's off my list.. she expects me to pay additional salary for childcare and taking care of the house.. what?? r u kidding me? our neighbour government is now asking for RM700! which is so ridiculous. I am so opening a nursery! I can ramble about maids and child care issues forever, man!
And these home managers which Felda trained is now catered to high end of the society which is NOT facing domestic problems in the first place! I guess working people are just screwed.. and bonded working people like me is doubly screwed!!
Ok.. enough ranting now, shall we?
